At Petals by Aemi, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality floral products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are offered for defective or incorrect items only, in line with our Google Merchant return policy.

Exchange Policy:

We offer exchanges only in cases where a product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request an exchange:

  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided for verification
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Natural wilting after successful delivery
  • Delays caused by recipient unavailability
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • Improper care after delivery

Reporting an Issue

  • To be eligible for a refund:
    • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Clear photos of the issue must be provided for verification.

Return Shipping Costs

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • Customers are not required to return damaged or defective items.
  • No return shipping costs are charged.
  • Refunds are processed based on photo verification.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are prepared or dispatched.
  • Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Delivery fees
  • Orders not delivered due to incorrect recipient information
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or care

Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
