At Petals by Aemi, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality floral products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are offered for defective or incorrect items only, in line with our Google Merchant return policy.
Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges only in cases where a product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request an exchange:
- Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photos of the issue must be provided for verification
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We only offer refunds for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Natural wilting after successful delivery
- Delays caused by recipient unavailability
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Improper care after delivery
Reporting an Issue
- To be eligible for a refund:
- Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos of the issue must be provided for verification.
Return Shipping Costs
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
- Customers are not required to return damaged or defective items.
- No return shipping costs are charged.
- Refunds are processed based on photo verification.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled only before they are prepared or dispatched.
- Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Non-Refundable Items
- Delivery fees
- Orders not delivered due to incorrect recipient information
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or care
Refund Processing
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
